Significantly delayed and severely overpriced service (which almost caused me overshooting my application deadline). Unprofessional and sometimes rude outsourced customer support in the Philippines, with “staff” that can’t answer any questions and won’t bother to re-assure or do any other “customer related gesture”.. At the end, after twenty reminders got what I needed with an explanation of “we screwed up with our own procedures, but you know what - let’s make it all your fault since that’s how we feel”. Overall, it felt like that whole process was tailored to make young, inexperienced, and overly polite international applicants feel intimidated and forced to pay extras for “expedited service” in fears of missing out their deadlines. But that’s just my experience, nothing else.
