I've never written a review like this before, but there's a first time for everything.. I have sent two evaluation orders to IEE. The first one was great, all on time. The Second, ongoing order, is a COMPLETE DISASTER! As if the first one was only a performance. I wish I never submitted the second. They made me miss my university deadline! My university sent the transcript 8 DAYS ago. I received no emails. The first time I contacted support, they said they did receive the document from my uni. The Second time I contacted support (since they were taking too long to simply verify they received it) they said they didn't receive anything from my uni! Then they said, ''oh yes we got it, but we can't accept it. Please send another official scanned copy of the transcript'' Well I'm very grateful you just realized that just now. Completely unprofessional. Customer support is clueless, and will just give you pre-prepared responses. A piece of advice from a fellow student, go make your evaluations somewhere else!
