Your staff needs to be trained on the process for accepting the high school transcripts/documents.
You cant expect Cambridge board to send you my transcripts. They only send it to high schools and it is the responsibility of the high school to send it to the universities or other organizations.
I lost about 4 weeks because of the delay in your office accepting the high school transcripts and this delay may possibly affect my admission chances.
As CEO, you please read the emails that my school counselor had sent to your office.
