I asked for an evaluation for just my university transcript, but for some reason you also asked for my highschool documents, and when my school sent them you kept saying that they were sent from an unverifiable email. My problem was only solved when I made it clear that I don't want my highschool documents to be evaluated. These problems caused my evaluation to be sent only 2 days before the deadline, so you can imagine the stress I endured during the whole ordeal.
