They normally provide equalency by basis of admission requirements, suppose master requirements minimum 2 year maximum no issue so they follow minimum and if master base on 3 year they give you bachelor's degree even previous education is 16 years 120 hours, they not do equalency viva credit hours l.
They have different pattern not same standard pattern for all basis on each help desk and seems don't have training about what's the credits hours.
