Honestly we're very disappointed about few thing's; let me explain in detail i hope somebody notices this and makes it better for others.
1. We've paid 40$ to send the important education mark's card and cert's back but you guys are using USPS which took almost 8 days and it's most unreliable service. I'm not sure on what basis you guys choose USPS while we paid 40$. We choose UPS to send the priority mail to reach your office in 2 days which just cost's 17$ and better service they provide.
2. it's highly difficult to reach you people , please help and make the customer interactions better.
