Translations incomplete, with gaps and innacurate workwas deliver in hard and soft copies.. There is still a ticket open but not resolved yet. Your team takes a lot of time to deliver incomplete and inaccurate work. Customer are paying . This is not a free service. I want an update on the ticket open. Is your organization really certified for this type of services?

They took $60 and rejected to evaluate my Ain Shams university certificate even after I told them that I have contact the university for a transcript for this certification specifically and they said that the topics are mentioned in the certificate itself with the total grade of graduation. They are not offering a separate report for this certification as it is considered a professional certification. Very very bad experience.

I needed a copy sent directly to my military recruiter and I added his email however there is a mailing copy coming. It’s delaying my recruitment process and being available online for my Air Force recruiter to print or download is not an option. This is very poor as far as access is concerned. Once I’m logged in with my credentials it should be available to print or download now my mail is backed up due to the Christmas holidays.smh.

I suggest you consider using other evaluation services. A 3-5 business day turnaround isn't realistic. Even if you submit the required documents, you still have to wait for their processing time, which counts as Day 1 for them. Before you purchase, they may advertise a 3-day processing speed, but after that, there are many factors to consider, and they'll likely pressure you into paying an additional service fee. You can find more reviews on Reddit.

Terrible experience. You missed the evaluation of one diploma that I have uploaded to your system and the inly answer I am getting is that I should contact the evaluation team and they will answer in 2 days. All this is going on after the application deadline and when I paid for the fastest evaluation. Horrible experience overall.

Poor communication deceptive timing expensive rate delayed delivery rude personnel with defensive baseless arguments whenever they the are wrong and or fail to meet deadline. Warrants a lawsuit

I gave a paper for translation, which was not done well, and it mostly said it was not legible. If it is not legible, then why did you translate it? And I sent the master's degree along with the translation for equivalence, I was charged nearly $400, I don't think it was fair.

The recipient I submitted for them to send my report them claimed I made an error in my request and refused to send to main addresss requesting I should pay again for another other.

My experience was extremely poor. Here are the reasons: 1.About the evaluator: The evaluator made two major errors. First, they incorrectly stated that I was awarded a master’s degree. Second, the evaluation report mentioned “admission requirement: Master’s degree.” After I informed the evaluator of these mistakes via email, they acknowledged the errors and sent me a corrected report. These two significant errors demonstrate a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. 2.About the online support system: Every time I tried to contact IEE through the online chat on the website, I had to wait a long time for a representative to respond. Since it’s not feasible for me to constantly watch the screen, by the time a representative joined the chat, I was often no longer on the page. In consideration of this, I would always send my questions in advance, but the representative would still ask, “What is your question?” This suggests that your online support system doesn’t properly display messages sent to representatives and is highly inefficient. 3.Inaccessibility of the evaluator: It is impossible to reach the evaluator during the evaluation process; they can only be contacted via email after the evaluation is complete, and phone calls are never answered. Furthermore, once the evaluation is complete, the evaluator is very slow in responding to emails.

The process ended up being unnecessarily convoluted which lead to me not receiving my evaluation until the day of the submission deadline and the evaluation I received stated that my Bachelor of Science from a top tier university in Australia was significantly deficient the units required for equivalency to an American degree. I only found this out because of communicating with the admissions counselor at the university I was submitting to, I never even received the evaluation I paid for myself and so I have no idea how this verdict was reached. I will never use this service again.

Number one, your team made me purchase NECO tokens three different times: all brand new and yet they keep exceeding the usage limit for it and kept asking for more. Very unprofessional and unresponsive client support. Also, one of my orders is still pending. I’ve uploaded the statement of result and I’m yet to get an acknowledgement for it.

Too much money spend to get some paperwork completed and poor support information is not provided in a first call had to call back multiple times to get information clear always asking for more money
