I submitted all the required documentation correctly.
However, the status on the IEE website repeatedly showed an error or a specific document was missing.
After the university in Brazil resubmitted it, the status was not changed in the IEE system. When I insisted on reevaluating it by email, the document (which was correct from the beginning) was included as correct in the system.
The remote service was not responsive. On two occasions, I had to explain the entire process and send all the data again, but I was abandoned during the service. Only on the third attempt was I successful.
All the resubmissions that I had to request to correct an incorrect error on the part of the IEE caused unnecessary stress. This problem leads me to evaluate the process as a whole negatively. The third remote service representative deserves credit, but the process as a whole was quite disappointing.
