“I sent my three degrees with mark sheets and paid $60 each for evaluation to ensure there would be no issues. However, you asked me to contact my university to send the transcripts from the official university email. I did that, but you still couldn’t verify the email address and insisted I send it from an official email again. After doing my own research, I proved your verification team wrong, and you finally accepted my transcript. This entire process was ridiculous. I want a refund for the evaluation fee of my bachelor’s degree.
