“In the initial process to request the evaluation, it wasnt clear about what needed to be done. I was under the impression that it was okay to all be done online. But once I had paid for it then I was emailed and advised that I need to mail my original copies to the offices. I wish that was made clear in the beginning before making payment because there wasnt really much more I could do at that point. The turn around time was good, but I did pay extra for it.”

“Errors found in translations documents. My own name was wrong (dont even need to be translated). Probably more errors not found yet in the document. Terrible customer service, providing no response in the help email and suggesting to contact other “direct email” (instead of fw or contacting the proper person, as if they were different companies). When help was requested to the new email, no response was provided in days.”

“My experience was not good. You guys lied to me. You told me if I send the original of my Bachelor's Degree that you would evaluate it. But that wasn't the case. After paying you guys, you told me that I have to contact my University to send you the degree. But you initially said you had your methods to verify if my Degree was authentic or not. I even paid $50 for that. But you guys never had a method of verification because you still had me go back to my university to get them to send you my Degree. That was not an easy task for me to do. Luckily somebody from back home decided to help me go to my university and make that request. So I wasn't too happy with what you guys did to me. That is my review.”

“IEE doesn't seem to try to understand the educational track or the grading scale they are evaluating. They don't ask questions so you have to buy a re-evaluation of your initial transcripts. Their report is an oversimplification that requires the student to provide better context to individual schools and might end up hurting more than helping..”

“Hi David, the school reached out to me asking questions about school credits. Looking at the document Myiee translated, the Carnegie units are not correct and it is causing a lot of confusion. Can someone amend the information and sent the correct by email document as soon as possible? Thank you.”

“I am currently so unhappy. My application wasn’t completed. All countries have their own specific requirements. I paid $250 for IEE to complete and evaluate all the requirements based on my country (Nigeria). The requirements which entails the evaluation of both my secondary school reports and my university reports. But unfortunately it was only my secondary school leaving report that was sent & evaluated. I paid extra $50 still, IEE didn’t evaluate my university transcript not to talk of sending it to the recipient. And even up till now the institution I’m applying to are still expecting the official evaluation of my university transcript. And it’s really painful because I don’t have any money at hand to pay extra fee to place an order that I already placed initially. I have spent all my money for this evaluation. I have also called and sent several mails, I was then told to pay extra $100. It’s really sad 😭.”

“The fee was good. But, it took about 10 days to evaluate. I uploaded all the translated and original document at first on the website. But they kept sending me email for asking the same document I had uploaded before!!”

“I am distraughted by the condition of my originals transcripts and the how poorly the envelope was sealed and the official copy was already being opened!! How am I going to send this to the state Department of Education!!!?”

“The timing was great, but the content was awful. From the 26 credits plus 6 credits of thesis that I passed in my Master's, only 14 units were counted in the evaluation. I am not talking about course-by-course evaluation, I am talking about the total passed credits that has been mentioned in the evaluation! I contacted your firm and explained the problem, but you answered me with a template without addressing the issue!”

“I am not that much happy with my order. There are several things I liked such as online chat options, and overall online service. However I dont liked several things, 1) I made correction request of my BS year, which I found even after several requests stayed unnoticed, and 2) I send my original document, and mentioned that in chat, but again it was stayed unnoticed, and evaluation was done based on online documents. Later when I noticed that, and asked to update my evaluation I was asked to make a revision request which costs extra money. It was eventually solved, but I have to make several attempts for that.”

“Hi. My order ID is #1632232153. I am displeased about the process leading up to the evaluation and the evaluation itself. The Process: After I submitted my order, the only information on the order status was "In-progress". There was nothing to confirm the documents have been received, nothing about the proposed date I would receive it, and a general lack of information to the user. A better user experience is needed. The Evaluation: I did a pseudo-evaluation with two different services before this, and on both occasions, my total CGPA was higher than this evaluation. The credits/hours on this evaluation were reduced by .5, and I feel this impacted the outcome. I would hope for a thorough review of highlighted issues. Thank you.”

“the GPA your provided me was not matching the calculation methodology you attached with the reports and when contacted your customer support they insist that my calculation is wrong while i sent a sheet of my evaluation that is matching your calculation methodology and it is ended that the evaluation you send is right regardless the calculation methodology.”
