“I’m Disappointed ☹️ (rated 2/5) due to 1. I got over charged for a single transcript verification! When I get the extra money I paid back to my credit card then I will have better things to say. Please let me know what process I have t go through to get this money back. 2. I had to ask Moreland University to chase you to send me the provisional evaluation which I had also paid for so I could get enrolled in time. So, basically you were a source of stress! If only I could have been in touch with a member of your team. Problem is you’re not very accessible other than by phone maybe. Outside the US, the phone option is expensive (Especially when you’ve had the feeling of being swindled). So having an info e-mail would be good. There is a good thing though: you’re mail, shows some interest in fixing things. Let’s see if it’s genuine.”

“Why is it so expensive? It's literally just evaluating grades from one standard to another. 75% of the process should already be automated. It's beyond me that it's this expensive.”

“My experience with IEE is not impressive. In the course of my application, I was asked to upload my certificates of which if I ignored, I wouldn't be able to proceed to the next task. Reluctantly, I uploaded the certificates. After receiving acknowledgement message for my application, I made it clear in my response that the major documents that I wanted evaluated are my transcripts which were still under processing in my formerinstitutions. I further indicated it in my reply that as soon as my transcripts are ready, they would be forwarded via email or posting. In the subsequent messages, we both agreed that the evaluation process would be stopped pending the arrival of transcripts. Shockingly, I suddenly received a message reading that the evaluation process of my documents had been completed when my transcripts have not been received for evaluation. Since then, I have been lodging complaints, and no impressive response has been received from the evaluation team. Hopefully, my transcripts will be ready for posting or emailing to IEE next week.”

“It was not possible to upload the documents in the platform, while it was saying that the documents were uploaded it was not saving them. I tried from different computers and browsers. The support was not helpful. After losing a lot of time, the documents were finally accepted via email. The only positive aspect was that after the documents were received, the evaluation happened in two days.”

“Hi, I noticed that on page 7 (report of defense of doctoral degree), the phrase "les enjeux actuels" has been translated by "the cultural challenges" instead of "the present [or current] challenges). May you have the translator check the translation, please? Best regards,”

“Dear David, In all honesty, I am not really satisfied with there service I have received. Basically, this sentiment is based on two aspects: 1) the list of documents requested in the first place did not match the documents that I was later required to provide. This obviously extended the time needed to receive the evaluation; 2) the communication through the live chat is generic and most of the time uninformative. While I paid the service upfront, the evaluation was sent almost a month later (well over the advertised 3 days). All the Best, Andrea Bertassi”

“Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Although the initial communications I received were excellent and the evaluation was professionally done, it did not come in the expected time frame. After paying $200 for same-day service, it was frustrating that I had to wait four business days (and since this ran over the weekend, I was waiting six days total) to receive my report. It was also disappointing that I received no communication about this in the meantime, and I was the one reaching out, trying to figure out why the service I paid for wasn't being done. My transcript was sent by my university on Aug. 1. I didn't get my report until Aug. 7. Because of this, other things were delayed for both my immigration application and my employment papers. Thus, I haven't been able to start my job and I have missed all my training days. Perhaps that would have been the case regardless (we'll see when my immigration papers come through), but it certainly would have given me a better chance had the NACES report come when it should have. I gave two stars because I did receive my $200 refund promptly.”

“Hi, Thanks for giving me the opportunity to provide the feedback. The website works as intended and easy to understand. The contact staff to whom I interacted was a bit rude and didn't pass the message to the evaluating team. The interaction and communication is not clear on emails.”

“I find it unacceptable that i cannot get the results that are already produced emailed to me promptly and for a reasonable fee. Results in the evaluation were also incorrect as they did not reflect the weighing of my classes. Overall got the impression that this is not a reputable organization.”

“I received my evaluation on time but it contained an error so significant that I was actually surprised. The issuing institution for one of my credentials was mentioned wrong. The same was notified to Ms. Sharalynn Campbell @ sharalynn@myiee.org but no response has been received till date.”

“Hundreds of dollars spent to receive an expedited evaluation, just to find that it was created wrong. Waited days to get it corrected, while calling again and again trying to talk to someone who can understand that I paid for urgent processing and being told that the customer service has no way to contact the team that actually performed evaluation, then finally got it corrected a week later after submitting more documents.”
