“I requested transfer of my previous credentials. I spoke with representative and also attached a letter with the documents for the same. Still I didn't get transfer of my credentials to new order .”

“If there is something to review or confirm before evaluation, I think to let you know something that you need in advance, before you send a mail of evaluation. Why you said nothing before sending mail. Aftter receiving mail from you, it was said that you need to get an original transcript, I did not feel good. It is not cheap, so I regretted to applied.”

“Thank you for reaching out to me asking about my experience. It has been quite a ride. I am trying to be fair with saying that most of your chat employees were trying to be helpful through this whole process. I was very disappointed in the verification team and then in the evaluation team. It seemed very unprofessional with lacking knowledge I had to follow up and clarify the simplest things. Since this has been such a bad experience I question the outcome of my evaluation I am, by the way, still waiting on a response!!!!!! Very disappointed and very frustrated”

“Hello David, My order hasn't been sent to Barry university yet despite my chats and mails to your representatives. I called the school today and I was told they haven't seen it. This service is poor. Pls I need a quick approach effect to this challenge. My Admission is been delayed because of the fact that my evaluation order has not been sent to Barry university.”

Hi Mr. Joshua, Your completed evaluation was delivered via the MyIEE Institution Portal on 12/08. We then emailed a complimentary copy to your school on 12/13 & 12/17. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your school's evaluation processing time but we do hope you feel we went above & beyond to get this evaluation delivered for you. Hi Pablo, You placed your order 10/27 and were notified 11/02 & weekly there after that we were still waiting to receive your credential 2 transcript. We finally received your documents 11/26 and your completed evaluation was sent electronically to University of Miami 12/6 which is in line with our standard processing time. If you needed a guaranteed delivery time, there were multiple options for you to expedite your order. Thank you for trusting us with your evaluation needs. We wish you much success in the future.

“Given that education credentials come from foreign countries, in my case thousands of miles away, I certainly expected that my documents would be treated appropriately. To my surprise when IEE shipped the documents back, the documents were shipped in a soft envelope that was then stuffed by the carrier into my mailbox. I expected at least that the documents would be shipped back in a standard cardboard envelope, but no such thing happened. Given that the cost of the envelope is not even a factor, this attitude shows nothing but sloppiness and disrespect.”

Hello Joy, Your application was submitted on June 5th and was completed and delivered to Liberty University on June 11th via the MyIEE Institution Portal and confirmed by the email we sent you on that day. “They sent my transcripts and certificates in a cheap package using USPS and USPS damaged it. My certificates and transcripts came in bent conditions. Also they don’t work on weekends so make sure your courier don’t deliver on weekend or else they will not cooperate. Process is also not so quick. It took almost a month for the process. Overall my experience was not so good.”

“I just wish agencies and companies like IEE, would see the option of providing services to people that are not as lucky as other who come from developed countries for example and are able to obtain things easily. In the world we are living, there are real issues in which business owners should work with people and step out and help. I come from Venezuela where the situation is really bad in every way, and IEE even though I have my transcripts originals and diploma, (which is the most important things to be able to do equivalence), asked me to have those transcripts from 10 years ago that I graduated, in a sealed/unopen envelope from a school that I don't even know if is capable to send emails anymore since they don't even have power most of the time and sheet of papers to work. Seriously??? There is something called COMPASSION and in the world we are living, those ideal situations should be changed because is just doesn't exist anymore. I do not recommend this agency due to the lack of compassion from people and professionalism. Also one told me one thing one day, the next day, another person told me a completely different thing. Not good! get real. Thank You!”

“I am happy with the evaluation itself, but the late responses from support, having to upload same document twice for someone to notice them and waiting 6 weeks for the evaluation to be done is not an ideal experience. Addionally I am still waiting for a reply to my email that I sent a week ago about a missing email copy of the evaluation that I have paid for. Please let me know whats going on with it if anyone reads the reviews.”

“I received my original documents and was told that my evaluation was sent in the same package. However, I did not find the hard copy of my evaluation. I called the office twice and this situation is still not resolved. Not sure where or when I’ll get the copy of my evaluation.”

“Didn't have a great experience. Needed an education equivalency for immigration purposes. After I filled out the forms and sent all the relevant documents, I was contacted by them asking for my high school transcripts, even though in the end I didn't even need them. This caused a delay while I tried to dig those up. Once they finally communicated to me that I didn't actually need the transcripts they requested, we had lost almost two weeks of time. I requested they proceed without it, and then they informed me it would still be another 10 days for them to process the document. I tried to speak to their customer service team but they were not helpful, my only option was to spend more money with them to expedite things. The biggest issue is that the whole delay was caused by them asking me for a document that they didn't even need, and ended up costing me additional money and time.”
