It took nearly two months to get this project completed. There were numerous issues and no communication from iee. I tried chat, email, telephone and heard a different story every time. I was so frustrated. The actual translation was fine, but I submitted the request on April 25th and received the documents on June 13th. It was a lot of work on my part.

I was not really satisfied with your service as some of the grades listed on my report do not match with what is written on the certificate. I would appreciate speaking to someone about this matter

Everything is good but was charged extra to send my official documents to me when I already payed during the application for delivery of evaluation to home. So i paid twice as i was asked to do it and finally my official documents with evaluation came to me in single package as I expected. I really don’t know why they are charging extra unnecessarily. Not satisfied with this

Fast and organized, but have a poor knowledge of other Countries methodology and they will not consider credities they do not understand. On a 0-10 grade scale, they do not have the capacity of converting properly to A-F. For instance, any .5 will be downgraded to the lowed A-F grade.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. POOR TRANSLATORS. NEVER ORDER THEIR NEXT DAY SERVICE. The translation I requested contained a BRUTAL mistake which I, having ordered the next day service, was not able to get rectified on time. They basically DESTROYED the meaning of one of my classes taken at a Spanish university, which was News Production, and called it Newsletters. I did not take a class in Newsletters, I took a class in News Production!!!! In addition, their process of grade validation is preposterous. Grades that in Spain are the equivalent of a C+ were made to B, and grades deemed A- and B+ turned to B. It makes NO SENSE that a class I get a poor grade in gets the same validation as one I get better grades in. The resulting GPA is therefore LOWER than what I know it to be. No Spaniard on earth would treat a 6.75 and an 8.5 out of 10 to be the same grade: B. If I fail to be admitted to where I applied, I am certain this company will have something to do with it. My fault for trusting their overnight service even though I didn't need it. I feel like a fool having paid them so much money for such a sad result. The only reason I give two stars is because they did deliver on time. However, this is a company you must be prepared to ARGUE with and NOT TRUST blindly. REVISE what they do before authorizing them to release your grades. Or better yet, use another company.

The evaluation was fast due to paying more. But what I don't like is paying $265 and still have to buy a checkers card for them to check the results that I paid to evaluate. So why paying that much if I still have to buy what you will use to look up the results? The service is too expensive 😔.

The evaluation was sent to the receipts with an error on my date of birth that has made it impossible to match it with my records until it gets fixed.

I requested transfer of my previous credentials. I spoke with representative and also attached a letter with the documents for the same. Still I didn't get transfer of my credentials to new order .

If there is something to review or confirm before evaluation, I think to let you know something that you need in advance, before you send a mail of evaluation. Why you said nothing before sending mail. Aftter receiving mail from you, it was said that you need to get an original transcript, I did not feel good. It is not cheap, so I regretted to applied.

Thank you for reaching out to me asking about my experience. It has been quite a ride. I am trying to be fair with saying that most of your chat employees were trying to be helpful through this whole process. I was very disappointed in the verification team and then in the evaluation team. It seemed very unprofessional with lacking knowledge I had to follow up and clarify the simplest things. Since this has been such a bad experience I question the outcome of my evaluation I am, by the way, still waiting on a response!!!!!! Very disappointed and very frustrated

Hello David, My order hasn't been sent to Barry university yet despite my chats and mails to your representatives. I called the school today and I was told they haven't seen it. This service is poor. Pls I need a quick approach effect to this challenge. My Admission is been delayed because of the fact that my evaluation order has not been sent to Barry university.

Hi Mr. Joshua, Your completed evaluation was delivered via the MyIEE Institution Portal on 12/08. We then emailed a complimentary copy to your school on 12/13 & 12/17. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your school's evaluation processing time but we do hope you feel we went above & beyond to get this evaluation delivered for you. The service was to slow, and after more than a week that is completed and you said it was already sent, University of Miami have not received the evaluation.

Hi Pablo, You placed your order 10/27 and were notified 11/02 & weekly there after that we were still waiting to receive your credential 2 transcript. We finally received your documents 11/26 and your completed evaluation was sent electronically to University of Miami 12/6 which is in line with our standard processing time. If you needed a guaranteed delivery time, there were multiple options for you to expedite your order. Thank you for trusting us with your evaluation needs. We wish you much success in the future.

Given that education credentials come from foreign countries, in my case thousands of miles away, I certainly expected that my documents would be treated appropriately. To my surprise when IEE shipped the documents back, the documents were shipped in a soft envelope that was then stuffed by the carrier into my mailbox. I expected at least that the documents would be shipped back in a standard cardboard envelope, but no such thing happened. Given that the cost of the envelope is not even a factor, this attitude shows nothing but sloppiness and disrespect.
