They sent my transcripts and certificates in a cheap package using USPS and USPS damaged it. My certificates and transcripts came in bent conditions. Also they don’t work on weekends so make sure your courier don’t deliver on weekend or else they will not cooperate. Process is also not so quick. It took almost a month for the process. Overall my experience was not so good.

I just wish agencies and companies like IEE, would see the option of providing services to people that are not as lucky as other who come from developed countries for example and are able to obtain things easily. In the world we are living, there are real issues in which business owners should work with people and step out and help. I come from Venezuela where the situation is really bad in every way, and IEE even though I have my transcripts originals and diploma, (which is the most important things to be able to do equivalence), asked me to have those transcripts from 10 years ago that I graduated, in a sealed/unopen envelope from a school that I don't even know if is capable to send emails anymore since they don't even have power most of the time and sheet of papers to work. Seriously??? There is something called COMPASSION and in the world we are living, those ideal situations should be changed because is just doesn't exist anymore. I do not recommend this agency due to the lack of compassion from people and professionalism. Also one told me one thing one day, the next day, another person told me a completely different thing. Not good! get real. Thank You!

I am happy with the evaluation itself, but the late responses from support, having to upload same document twice for someone to notice them and waiting 6 weeks for the evaluation to be done is not an ideal experience. Addionally I am still waiting for a reply to my email that I sent a week ago about a missing email copy of the evaluation that I have paid for. Please let me know whats going on with it if anyone reads the reviews.

I received my original documents and was told that my evaluation was sent in the same package. However, I did not find the hard copy of my evaluation. I called the office twice and this situation is still not resolved. Not sure where or when I’ll get the copy of my evaluation.

Didn't have a great experience. Needed an education equivalency for immigration purposes. After I filled out the forms and sent all the relevant documents, I was contacted by them asking for my high school transcripts, even though in the end I didn't even need them. This caused a delay while I tried to dig those up. Once they finally communicated to me that I didn't actually need the transcripts they requested, we had lost almost two weeks of time. I requested they proceed without it, and then they informed me it would still be another 10 days for them to process the document. I tried to speak to their customer service team but they were not helpful, my only option was to spend more money with them to expedite things. The biggest issue is that the whole delay was caused by them asking me for a document that they didn't even need, and ended up costing me additional money and time.

I did not get a copy of the review. I was told that the review copy has to be ordered seperately. I received a call and i old to get the transcript i need to pay $15 after which i got my original university transcript back but not review. I just think this should be mentioned very clearly that if we select a university as recipient then other copies are to be paid. I am not very happy about this.

I eventually received my evaluation and was satisfied with it. However, it took me a long time and a bit of effort to receive it. After my university submitted my documents, I heard nothing for about 2 weeks until I called and realized that I had been given an old address that is no longer used. After my university re-submitted the documents to the right address, I heard nothing again for 3 weeks until I called and asked about it. Their customer support was helpful with locating the documents in their inbox, but I believe they may have never been looked at unless I had called to check on it.

I was dissatisfied and disappointed at the results of my evaluation. The evaluation report indicated that my Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Guyana was not equivalent to a US Bachelor of Laws degree, notwithstanding that on a prior separate occasion, the Board of Law Examiners for the State of New York has indicated that my LL.B degree was equivalent to a US JD degree. Once again, totally disappointed.

While I appreciate the quality of the evaluation carried out for my international documents, I was very disappointment and frustrated with the customer service I received by this company. Initially, I had requested a translation of my documents alongside my evaluation; however, I only received the evaluation itself and had to call more than three times over a period of three business days to get an update and confirmation of my translation order. This occurred even after I had paid for a rush order, which meant that my evaluation + translation should've been completed within 5 business days. In the end, I received my translation at the start of the sixth business day after placing my order. This is a service that costs approximately $60 per page, and yet it would've been faster and less expensive for me to get my translation from another company and then send that alongside my educational documents to get an evaluation. Add to that the cost of an express order, and its clear that the value returned is not representative of the final price. I would also like to note that the customer service representative with whom I spoke with on multiple occasions was at times dismissive of my concerns, and even abruptly ended our conversation at one point while I was (politely) asking for a final confirmation of my order. This should've be addressed in order to provide a higher quality service for future customers who might be under a time crunch to received their documents.

Extra-long waiting time if you use shipping options. I choose the shipping option and I paid for expediting, agent asked me for 100 bucks which I paid. I had to receive a link from the customer support for expedited request payment but they did not change the option to email that wanted. Now it is 18th days and counting and I am still waiting for my evaluations. Terrible. Only good thing is that the customer support responds, no matter if it works for customers or not. They need to give more control to the customer to choose what they want rather than getting stuck in their internal IT affairs that cost huge time and anxiety to customers
