Extra-long waiting time if you use shipping options. I choose the shipping option and I paid for expediting, agent asked me for 100 bucks which I paid. I had to receive a link from the customer support for expedited request payment but they did not change the option to email that wanted. Now it is 18th days and counting and I am still waiting for my evaluations. Terrible. Only good thing is that the customer support responds, no matter if it works for customers or not. They need to give more control to the customer to choose what they want rather than getting stuck in their internal IT affairs that cost huge time and anxiety to customers
