“I was expecting to get soft copy of my evaluation but did not receive it. I requested it but still did not get it. I was ready to pay $10 for that to send electronically but did not get it.”

“They wrote wrong address and mailed wrong place, but still there's no way to reissue it but paying 50$ and wait 2 weeks at least. Thank got I tried to reach usps and hook that up from the usps office. The quality itself looked not bad but not sure it works well yet”

“I submitted my original certificates to IEE for evaluation. The evaluation was completed and my original certificates were sent with the evaluation report to the institution I requested the evaluation to be sent to. This is a poor decision indeed - for someone to send my original certificates to a place he is not sure I will ever be. I am now in a situation where I 'badly' need my original certificates for other purposes but I don't have them because of someone's poor decision. Moreover, I was not informed by IEE in the process of application that my credentials will be sent together with the evaluation report to the receiving institution. This could have alerted me to raise an objection. Instead, what I read as attached here is that the original documents will be returned to me. I remember also emphasizing the address for the return of my credentials during one of my live charts with the company Support team. I am really disappointed!!!”

“A very bad customer service, they even hanged up on me. It took them 3 weeks to review this 1 single document, 1 page. Their communication is poor not only with the customer but between themselves too.”

“The time taken for the evaluation was excelent but the evaluation done was not accurate. Was evaluating my daughter's 10 grade degrees and received papers with 9 grade. Asking for a verification, but do not answer me back.”

“The timeframe provided was not accurate (overran by many days) Required several phone calls to resolve. After the delivery was already late i was quoted Express delivery to get it quickly. Just need to quote accurate lead times.”

“I do not know where the letter grade came from on my transcript. I have a coefficient grade and number, but after the evaluation, you guys gave me a bunch of Ds which I don't agree with. This totally messes up my GPA. In the ivory coast, you can not pass a class if you fail a letter grade, so how did I pass and obtained my diploma? I need a review on this because it is a poor translation and evaluation.”

“I do not believe that IEE strive enough to provide an accurate evaluation. My degree was evaluated lower than what it really worth in the US the first time I sent them my documents. I contested it as it couldn't be accurate. they re-evaluated my degree and then provided the correct US correspondence. While I am grateful they agreed to re-evaluate my degree, their first wrong evaluation put a toll on my career as everything was delayed. I will never use them again”

“I am not happy with service. No body cleared which documents has to sent even though I contacted online help . Now my evaluation says, since you don't have bachelors document with us , it evaluated my master degree as bachelors document.”

“I paid hundreds of dollars to have a course evaluation completed and then edited, and although customer service was fine, I've still been running around trying to find all the course materials and descriptions for them to be evaluated again as the university didn't accept your recommendations for equivalent courses. I feel as though I should have done it all myself anyway.”

“I was disappointed after my nephew been approved to translate his High school diploma and or equivalent also they collected all the changes after that they Hold it for so long and we discovered later that is not enough what we mailed to them. If they collected all the charges and they couldn’t Translate them why the don’t refund our money back??”
