“They were helpful during the pandemic and did accept to do the evaluation with unofficial documents. I was very pleased with their service, up until today! They told us that if we got the original documents to them within 6 months, they would redo the evaluation at "NO ADDITIONAL COST". I am EXTREMELY FURIOUS. because they lied. It's the principle. Had they told me at the beginning I would not be mad. But I only find out AFTER they have my original documents (ONLY existing copy. My country WILL NOT replace these)...that there is a $15.00 shipping fee. I asked them why $15.00 when USPS charges $7.75 for priority mail. they just said that was their fee and that makes absolutely no sense. Since obtaining the Priority Mail envelopes are FREE from USPS and are at no cost to the agency.”

“not satisfied! at first, I ordered mail copy, but then I want to change to email copy, but they need to charge me $5 more, I don’t understand why?! I saved you shipping fee! and you still charge me more. besides, the sample copy is different than mine. It doesn’t have average GPA show on the paper.”

“I am disappointed with your job. I did not send you scanned academic documents as you wrote to me, but I sent original documents from the University of Salamanca that I keep with me for years. After you received my money , you told me that the University must send the documents directly To you From Spain. Are you kidding? This is not serious, and i repeat, my documents were not scanned . I sent you my originals documents, never scanned. I believe that yOu are blaming the covid-19 as an excuse for not giving me my permanent evaluation report. If you have any doubts about my credentials, you should check my previous evaluations made by you in 2000 , which you said they expired. I do not understand your provisional natural of my evaluation. Your procedure is not fair.”

“The communication of the relevant information to me was very poor, after I paid and thought everything was ok I was told one week after that I needed to hand in more information and nobody said anything to me until I was checking on the status of the evaluation. It was after I voiced my disappoinment I started getting better communication. I don't think they are a bad company but they may need to employ a more competent staff.”

“Sent my documents to the incorrect address, even after I contacted them to have it rectified. Ordering personal copies of existing evaluations took over two weeks, which is a bit absurd. Made what I see as a critical error in deciding US degree equivalency. Chose a very different degree equivalency from one that actually also exists in the US. Very unhappy with their service.”

“I was expecting to get soft copy of my evaluation but did not receive it. I requested it but still did not get it. I was ready to pay $10 for that to send electronically but did not get it.”

“They wrote wrong address and mailed wrong place, but still there's no way to reissue it but paying 50$ and wait 2 weeks at least. Thank got I tried to reach usps and hook that up from the usps office. The quality itself looked not bad but not sure it works well yet”

“I submitted my original certificates to IEE for evaluation. The evaluation was completed and my original certificates were sent with the evaluation report to the institution I requested the evaluation to be sent to. This is a poor decision indeed - for someone to send my original certificates to a place he is not sure I will ever be. I am now in a situation where I 'badly' need my original certificates for other purposes but I don't have them because of someone's poor decision. Moreover, I was not informed by IEE in the process of application that my credentials will be sent together with the evaluation report to the receiving institution. This could have alerted me to raise an objection. Instead, what I read as attached here is that the original documents will be returned to me. I remember also emphasizing the address for the return of my credentials during one of my live charts with the company Support team. I am really disappointed!!!”

“A very bad customer service, they even hanged up on me. It took them 3 weeks to review this 1 single document, 1 page. Their communication is poor not only with the customer but between themselves too.”

“The time taken for the evaluation was excelent but the evaluation done was not accurate. Was evaluating my daughter's 10 grade degrees and received papers with 9 grade. Asking for a verification, but do not answer me back.”

“The timeframe provided was not accurate (overran by many days) Required several phone calls to resolve. After the delivery was already late i was quoted Express delivery to get it quickly. Just need to quote accurate lead times.”
