not satisfied! at first, I ordered mail copy, but then I want to change to email copy, but they need to charge me $5 more, I don’t understand why?! I saved you shipping fee! and you still charge me more.
besides, the sample copy is different than mine. It doesn’t have average GPA show on the paper.
