Sent my documents to the incorrect address, even after I contacted them to have it rectified. Ordering personal copies of existing evaluations took over two weeks, which is a bit absurd. Made what I see as a critical error in deciding US degree equivalency. Chose a very different degree equivalency from one that actually also exists in the US. Very unhappy with their service.
