I am happy with the evaluation itself, but the late responses from support, having to upload same document twice for someone to notice them and waiting 6 weeks for the evaluation to be done is not an ideal experience. Addionally I am still waiting for a reply to my email that I sent a week ago about a missing email copy of the evaluation that I have paid for.
Please let me know whats going on with it if anyone reads the reviews.
