Errors found in translations documents. My own name was wrong (dont even need to be translated). Probably more errors not found yet in the document.
Terrible customer service, providing no response in the help email and suggesting to contact other “direct email” (instead of fw or contacting the proper person, as if they were different companies). When help was requested to the new email, no response was provided in days.
