In the initial process to request the evaluation, it wasnt clear about what needed to be done. I was under the impression that it was okay to all be done online. But once I had paid for it then I was emailed and advised that I need to mail my original copies to the offices. I wish that was made clear in the beginning before making payment because there wasnt really much more I could do at that point. The turn around time was good, but I did pay extra for it.
