“Hello Mr. Haynes, I appreciate your work. However, my high school in Ramallah, West Bank was described as being an uncredited institution and it is one of the most prestigious Quaker schools here. The education I have received is continuously recognized in the United States. This evaluation has caused me problems in UoPeople and I still am not able to register for my semester. If possible, I would appreciate your help. Thankyou”

“Even after submitting notarized copies and translations, I had to ask my college to submit the same documents by email. Very excessive request by MyIEE. Additionally, the person answering the phone is incapable of giving any information except telling you to email. If I wanted to email I would have. The reason that someone calls is to get information fast, and not wait for an email. This is the 3rd agency I have used (unfortunately the company required me to have my documents evaluated by MyIEE), and out of the 3 this is the most unprofessional company.”

“Did not do a thorough research of my university. The evaluation was unsatisfactory. The university degree/undergrad I earned in Australia was evaluated as a 3 years undergrad in US. Why?”

“I don't believe that anyone actually read my transcripts. It seems like the result I received had been processed automatically through computer software with word recognition. Unfortunately, the software is not reliable, resulting in multiple errors that I will have to have corrected through another agency. I really have no idea what I paid for with this evaluation, as I don't think a real person spent more than 10 minutes conducting the evaluation. For the price paid I expected more attentive service.”

“The language spoken in Finland is "Finnish", not "Finish". Students receive an "Ylioppilastutkintotodistus", not "Ylioppilastutskintotodistus". I believe Finnish grade 9 is supposed to translate into an A-. My evaluation does not match the right grades. My certificate would have qualified me into Finland's #1 university. “Horrible, my college never received the evaluation. Therefore my visa will most likely not arrive on time for the start of the semester.”

“Chat was easy to use. Call center staff were nice, but lacked knowledge of processes. Emailing staff was a bit confusing on who has handling which part of my order and getting an email response sometimes took a long time. Suggestions: 1. Have all pertaining information on type of services offered and any special rules for IEE posted on website in places where customers can easily access to avoid calling or emailing. 2. Allow call center staff with more responsibilities to give them the power to handle a call with more assertiveness. 3. Create a status queue similar to that of Spantran's status check online feature.”

“I was not happy with the way my credentials were evaluated. My school is an accredited university but IEE deemed it “uncredited “ to their standards versus USA ECFMG standards. I live in the USA, looking for a job in the USA but credentials were evaluated to a region outside the USA. That makes no sense to me. I will not be sending friends here.”

“It took nearly two months to get this project completed. There were numerous issues and no communication from iee. I tried chat, email, telephone and heard a different story every time. I was so frustrated. The actual translation was fine, but I submitted the request on April 25th and received the documents on June 13th. It was a lot of work on my part.”

“I was not really satisfied with your service as some of the grades listed on my report do not match with what is written on the certificate. I would appreciate speaking to someone about this matter”

“Everything is good but was charged extra to send my official documents to me when I already payed during the application for delivery of evaluation to home. So i paid twice as i was asked to do it and finally my official documents with evaluation came to me in single package as I expected. I really don’t know why they are charging extra unnecessarily. Not satisfied with this”

“Fast and organized, but have a poor knowledge of other Countries methodology and they will not consider credities they do not understand. On a 0-10 grade scale, they do not have the capacity of converting properly to A-F. For instance, any .5 will be downgraded to the lowed A-F grade.”

“VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. POOR TRANSLATORS. NEVER ORDER THEIR NEXT DAY SERVICE. The translation I requested contained a BRUTAL mistake which I, having ordered the next day service, was not able to get rectified on time. They basically DESTROYED the meaning of one of my classes taken at a Spanish university, which was News Production, and called it Newsletters. I did not take a class in Newsletters, I took a class in News Production!!!! In addition, their process of grade validation is preposterous. Grades that in Spain are the equivalent of a C+ were made to B, and grades deemed A- and B+ turned to B. It makes NO SENSE that a class I get a poor grade in gets the same validation as one I get better grades in. The resulting GPA is therefore LOWER than what I know it to be. No Spaniard on earth would treat a 6.75 and an 8.5 out of 10 to be the same grade: B. If I fail to be admitted to where I applied, I am certain this company will have something to do with it. My fault for trusting their overnight service even though I didn't need it. I feel like a fool having paid them so much money for such a sad result. The only reason I give two stars is because they did deliver on time. However, this is a company you must be prepared to ARGUE with and NOT TRUST blindly. REVISE what they do before authorizing them to release your grades. Or better yet, use another company.”

“The evaluation was fast due to paying more. But what I don't like is paying $265 and still have to buy a checkers card for them to check the results that I paid to evaluate. So why paying that much if I still have to buy what you will use to look up the results? The service is too expensive 😔.”
