Dear David,
In all honesty, I am not really satisfied with there service I have received. Basically, this sentiment is based on two aspects: 1) the list of documents requested in the first place did not match the documents that I was later required to provide. This obviously extended the time needed to receive the evaluation; 2) the communication through the live chat is generic and most of the time uninformative. While I paid the service upfront, the evaluation was sent almost a month later (well over the advertised 3 days). All the Best, Andrea Bertassi
