IEE provides excellent services, quick responses, and user-friendly web pages. I also appreciate the fact that IEE tailors its services flexibly in response to COVID-19. One drawback I experienced is that I requested several times via email and telephone to return my original documents (PhD Diploma and Transcript) intact (no bending/no folding) because they are very valuable documents to me. The documents arrived in my mailbox bended because IEE shipped my documents in an envelop that is made of a light and bendable paper. I expected to receive the documents in a rigid and stay-flat envelop, which I used to ship them to IEE via post office (USPS Priority Mail-Flat Rate $7.75). The postal worker would have given it to a security guard at my apartment, instead of forcing it into my small mailbox if it were sent in a stay-flat envelop. I paid IEE twice the price of a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate ($15) for shipping them back to me, but it was in a bad condition (bended). I regret that this happened despite several requests I made to IEE in advance.
