I tried speaking to an evaluator for answers to questions appertaining to my evaluation but was told that I could not, That was not satisfactory for me. I do not want to rate the service yet until I have spoken with someone about this issue. There are some questions that I would like answered. I was satisfied with the fact that I could speak with a life customer service representative when I called. The turnaround time was a little over the time that I was told it would take for the evaluation to take place/received, but it was not too long from the estimated date. I communicated with the company via telephone and email. The bulk of the communication was via telephone.
