I took up the services of IEE Inc. on the 29th of March, 2021. I didn't get my Evaluation Report until a month later. I wasn't happy but I was made to know that the delay in getting my documents across to them caused the prolonged period of Evaluation. However, I must commend the Customer Service Team, the Records & Documents Team and the Evaluation Team. They all were up to the task. I especially liked the fact that I could chat up the organization at any time and still get a prompt response from the Customer Service Team despite the difference in the time zone. I am currently in Nigeria. Many thanks to Zera, CJ, James, Ana etc. Another thing I like about IEE Inc is their willingness to give 'provisional evaluation' in this COVID-19 era. This made getting an Evaluation Report easier for me as I had searched the internet and found out that IEE was the only one offering this service compared to other Evaluation companies. Although, the Evaluation fees was on the high side for me, at the end of it all, I got great value for my money.!!!
