It was a pleasant experience doing business with the IEE. The individuals I dealt with were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. However, when my college in my home country submitted my transcript to them by email and I wanted to check to ensure they received it days later the person I spoke with said it was not submitted/received. He investigated further (but did not get back to me) and either the same or the next day I received an email saying it was received. Fortunately, they did a speedy job of getting it completed in a timely manner. I'd definitely do business with them again but I hope my document won't be overlooked next time.
