IEE is very user friendly and their customer service is fast and efficient. I talked to ACE via the chat box and my problem was quickly solved and clarified. Yet even though I have received an email 8 days ago that my evaluation is complete, it still hasn't been emailed and mailed which is a bit frustrating.
