I have a very bad experience with customer service which the told me that that are going to send me an email includes a copy of my evaluation certificate 10 days ago but the didn’t and when I contact again they told me I have to pay another $50 and then don’t know how a photocopy worth $50 !
Also when I submitted my order it was supposed that they will mail it to my address and when the ordered delayed and I contacted them they told me you have to pay another $15 ,
Actually I will not recommend IEE to any of my colleagues/friends.
