I am very satisfied with the rapidity of the service.
However, I am disappointed with the way how the document was delivered as there is no way for me to ensure that it is received on time by the school. I can just ask if they have received it, they kept replying not yet.
There should be an instruction for the client on how to follow up with the school, and also a notification should be sent to the school by IEE.
It is frustrating to pay a same-day delivery, but one week later, it is still not delivered.
