Overall experience was good. I have two observations:
1) Paid some $450 dollars and forgot to send a self-stamped envelope to get my documents back. It would seem like a good customer service deal if you could have sent them back yourselves. I know you run a business but it leaves a bad taste.
2) No Veteran discount. It's not a law, just a....
