The language spoken in Finland is "Finnish", not "Finish". Students receive an "Ylioppilastutkintotodistus", not "Ylioppilastutskintotodistus".
I believe Finnish grade 9 is supposed to translate into an A-. My evaluation does not match the right grades. My certificate would have qualified me into Finland's #1 university.
