Objectively speaking they have done everything I hired them. Though it's true that they got the order wrong.
Personally I am dissatisfied and utterly disgusted by the services provided out of which I emphasize the lack of consideration for other Education systems and academic rigor for each one of them.
As of now, I have to say the customer service is quite impeccable.
