Even after submitting notarized copies and translations, I had to ask my college to submit the same documents by email. Very excessive request by MyIEE. Additionally, the person answering the phone is incapable of giving any information except telling you to email. If I wanted to email I would have. The reason that someone calls is to get information fast, and not wait for an email.
This is the 3rd agency I have used (unfortunately the company required me to have my documents evaluated by MyIEE), and out of the 3 this is the most unprofessional company.
