The page is well organized and the system is simple to use. However, after the payment the system made me believe that I needed to send original copies instead of scans (which was previously informed), and I needed to call IEE to clarify. Also, I updated my address before submitting my request, and my evaluation was almost sent to the old one, and again I had to call IEE to fix it. Overall I am satisfied with the service.
