I also appreciate that you pointed out that engaging your services to obtain my transcript from the issuing university may take between two weeks to six months. You could have collected my $100 and say later that the issuing institution failed to deliver on time; instead, you were upfront. I appreciate that. However, I advise you to let students know when issuing institutions fail to deliver transcripts. In my case I sat back, believing you had the transcript and it took the prompt from the receiving institution to make me realize that was not the case.
