I have submitted a document for translation and evaluation report. I got the first version of the translation and then the Evaluation report with good timing. Later, I found a very silly mistake in the translation part and send an email to the translation team. However, it took too long to reply to my email and correct the small error. I have also tried to contact, I can say, all the customer service via chat but all say rest assured they will send me as soon as possible, BUT not actually. With all this up and down, I can say, except for a few, all the customer service personnel via chat are so helpful.
I recommend the translation team should be very active and met the deadline you put in.
