Definitely, IEE is one of the best organizations for document evaluation. But, as you may know, I am from Iran and we have economical problems in this day and age and the costs are more than our abilities. I have paid about 100 USD and you have released a result for my university, but it is not an official version and your colleague told me that I have to pay an additional 50 USD to release the official version and I am not able to pay it unfortunately. I hope you consider our situation in Iran.
