The process was frustrating at times. I had difficulties with my first scratch card. However, I will say the team was supportive for the most part. My only feedback is to show more compassion in chat connection. I felt one representative kept repeating the same thing over without checking my account in great detail. The email I received from another representative is what encouraged me to continue using the service. Nevertheless, I thank IEE for their professional services. The cost is very high but I am happy with my results.
