I had an issue with my display name on the evaluation. My name is unconventional from American standards as it comprises of a prefix (American equivalent to first name) then my actual given name (American middle name) and finally my last name or family name. So when signing up for the account, I entered my name as Abdullah Khan, omitting the prefix "Muhammad", thinking that it would be of no consequence and that my name on the evaluation will be picked from my official documents instead, but that wasn't the case. Now I am supposed to pay $50 for this correction. Other than that, their service was brilliant, with a timely delivery and a very responsive staff.
