As I mentioned in my last call and email sent, I would like to request a refund of the service. I was contacted 10 days after my order to let me know you needed an extra payment or the certified translations.
10 days after my order meaning this company is not complying with what it says on the website. It has been a non pleasant experience at all do business with you and therefore I won't be able to recommend this company at all.
