Negative -- Website pricing is misleading (what you initially list as 3 day service is later discovered not guaranteed 3 day service. Guaranteed 3 day service is extra). Not a fan of that kind of communication.
Positive -- When I spoke to a representative for some assistance, they were very helpful.
