At the online submission system, there was no requirement to upload the original PhD degree, and after several days, I received an email requesting for this, and I think this delayed my work.
Also, I sent a message via Whatsapp as introduced at your website, but no one answered me.
I heard from my friends that you completed the task in three days, but this was longer for me.
