There were additional note mentioned in the credential regarding date of birth on the document without confirmation/intimation to me. So, I need to apply for revision of my order which would take time. This process would not be delayed, if you will provide me an intimation before writing the additional note. I believe you will consider and revise my order on FOC basis. your kind cooperation would be highly appreciated.
