I will give a 4 out of 5.
The user experience interacting with the site till delivery was superb.
The periodic updates via email allays all fears and shows IEE is responsive.
I had thought the High School Transcript will be evaluated alongside the SSCE certificate. That was not very clear to me from the beginning. Otherwise it would have been a 5!
