The translation had my last name wrong. I received a preliminary document and while I was checking it, minutes later the "final"was sent with that error. Fortunately it was corrected on the same day. Then I received a call to confirm if I wanted to send the documents to an institution which I wanted. I paid an additional fee for it and sent the email address with the original documents submitted. A week later I received my original documents back and a closed envelope with the translated course-by-course transcripts. It raised my suspicious when the university asked me for the transcripts and I told them MyIEE had already sent them. I called MyIEE to confirm and found out they did not send anything. If it weren't because I changed in the last minute the starting period to the next semester, the university would have rejected me for not submitting on time the transcripts. I paid extra for expedite process and for sending them by email. I could have saved the expedite shipping and the send by email if I knew they were not going to do what I paid for. The biggest risk is that I relied on them doing their part for me to be approved in a university and if I weren't confirming on the phone, all my money, which was not little, would have been lost and no university. Thanks,
