The+work+for+evaluation+was+prompt.+However,+the+customer+services+did+not+pay+much+attention+for+any+request.+I+informed+them+immediately+when+my+issuing+institution+shipped+my+transcripts+to+IEE+saying+that+I+order+three+sets+of+transcripts,+please+use+one+set+for+evaluation+and+return+the+other+two+sets+once+it’s+done.+I+followed+up+couple+times+thereafter+with+same+request.+However,+no+one+really+took+care+of+my+request+and+turns+out,+they+opened+all+duplicate+transcripts+I+ordered!!!+And+asked+additional+shipping+fee+for+$15+for+sending+back+those+opened+transcripts.+
