I had to spent a lot of time on chat with customer service due to bery outdated system of uploading documents via email. The whole idea of them being sent from the uni means that several other parties need to be involved, for no reason. The whole experience was annoying. I cant even look at the result because you want to charge me $20 for downloading a PDF… very bad experience and one of the most outdated IT processes Ive encountered. I had to start another order due to the website crashing on the original one.
Customer service was helpful, but the overall experience was bad.
