Absolutely flawless customer service from start (before even placing an order as I had questions) to finish (after they sent my evaluation to my school). One of the employees, Camille, was just absolutely amazing and helped me from my initial call, and then went back and forth with me on a long email chain as I had so many further questions to ask. She was knowledgeable, kind, and sososo helpful. The efficiency of which the evaluation was complete was insane. I think within 3-5 days I received a notification saying it was sent.
