I appreciate the thorough communication. Several times I chatted in with support and sometimes I had to call but either way they were very helpful. Turn around time was quick --within a few days .I now have by degree ffom a University in Haiti evaluated as equivalent to 4-year degree in the United States. This will now allow me to apply for various jobs here in the US so I do appreciate the service very much. Thank you!!
