I paid hundreds of dollars to have a course evaluation completed and then edited, and although customer service was fine, I've still been running around trying to find all the course materials and descriptions for them to be evaluated again as the university didn't accept your recommendations for equivalent courses. I feel as though I should have done it all myself anyway.
